Mannequin and Inochi Creator are paid software, but Mannequin as a demo version with a couple of feature locked, but you can export a model for inochi to use, meanwhile Inochi Creator as a trial version with a banner that appear on the first 10 seconds and that's it. Inochi Session and Puppetstring VTuber Tracking are free.

All those software are available on Linux native.

The Inochi software can be downloaded from flatpak.
